Interior Design Feature: Bound Chair by Joe Doucet

I am in complete love with this chair. It is simple, elegant, sophisticated, sleek and modern. It also has this classic mid-century feel to it.

boundâ„¢ is an exploration into combining minimalist structural engineering with a maximalist sense of elegance. every curve and line of the sensuous form was designed to impart a sense of the chair in a stasis of motion. it is meant to evoke a feeling as though the chair may, at any moment, leave ofits own accord.

Kanye Made Me ‘Glow in the Dark’

Saturday night I had the opportunity to check out Kanye West’s ‘Glow in the Dark’ Tour. From my floor seats I was amazed, entertained and taken to another world from beginning to end.

Every review you’ve read about the show being incredible and the best live show of the year ever was correct. Not only was the set, lighting and pyro done tastefully and incredibly, but unlike other live shows it actually had a story line.

I’m afraid I can’t say too much else without spoiling the show. If you have a chance to check it out, PLEASE DO SO! You’ll leave feeling inspired, as I did. In fact I’ll be rethinking my loft design to incorporate some of the “Glow in the Dark” goodness.

As we stated in a post earlier this week about MTV’s show the Hills, maybe Lauren is being a little bitchy.

Star Jones Files for Divorce from Gay Husband

Uh oh. I mean really, did we not see this one coming? From day one that dude was a little sweet.

Heres what Star had to say -

“Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce. The dissolution of a marriage is a difficult time in anyone’s life that requires privacy with one’s thoughts. I have committed myself to handling this situation with dign

ity and grace and look forward to emerging from this period as a stronger and wiser woman.”

Worst thing is, now Star has no man or a job. We wish her the best, kinda. OK we take that back, we actually like Star.

Clinton Wins Pennsylvania Primary

So as you may have already heard, Hillary Clinton won the Pennsylvania primary last night. This comes after her recent attacks on the Obama campaign after the Obama campaign outspent her on advertising leading up to this primary.

But what does this win really mean? Well its a clear indicator that Hillary is still in the game. Had she lost this primary things wouldn’t have looked too good for her push to the White House. Its obvious that Sen. Clinton and the negative, kitchen sink strategy she’s come been using is working in her favor.

Barack has to come back and come back strong. As of know he has 1,719 delegates and Hillary has 1,586. He is still in the lead, but shes coming up at this heels.

Something tells me if he would have spent more time on the issues instead of trying to address attacks we’d have a different outlook. Eh, on second thought, Hillary does well in these blue collar states with huge older voter populations.
