Toccara hit up the carpet displaying a messy looking wig. I’m not feeling this small Toccara, she lost too much weight. I thought she was proud to be a big & fabulous girl? Wasn’t she displaying that at the beginning of her Top Model cycle? I guess the Hollywood pressure done got to her as it always does. She looks better with the weight on her. Some people are just not meant to be that small or else they will look like a bobblehead.
