R&B superstar Janet Jackson (Ms. Jackson if you nasty) will be releasing a follow up to her 2006 album, ‘20 Y.O’. As many of you know her last album didn’t perform as it was expected. The new album will be produced by L.A. Reid and Janet’s long time beau, Jermaine Dupri. In 2006, it was announced that Jackson was the “Most Searched in Internet History,” and the “Most Searched for News Item,” in the Guinness Book of World Records. Janet is also ranked as the second most successful female recording artist of all time by Billboard. So don’t sleep on Ms. Jackson yet! How do you think her new album will do?

Yeah, you read that headline correctly. Brit Brit plans to film the video for her next single ‘Piece of Me’ in two hours! The poptart will be on the video set from 12pm-2pm on Tuesday, sources told UsWeekly. The video will be directed by Wayne Isham who also directed her ‘I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman’ video and will feature 15 extras including a Brit body double. This should be interesting. ‘Piece of Me’ is a hot track, don’t kill it with a sub-par video. My question is, where did they find that double?

Grammy Award winning songtress Ashanti sang the National Anthem at the Cowboys vs. Jets game on Thanksgiving yesterday. Take a look at the video and let us know what you think. I honestly think she tried to over do it and prove that she is a powerhouse. The Ashanti everyone knows and loves is the Ashanti that has a soft, melodic tone to her voice. She should have sang the song in her own style.
